Jay and Tanya worked with us to develop a menu that's special for the guest of honor, and made adjustments for guests with restrictions. The specialty drinks incorporated chocolate (guest of honor is a chocolatier). They closed the venue for our party - the ambiance and space was really fantastic and special. Every time we have eaten here we are kinda stunned as to the variety of dishes and how every dish is meticulously crafted - not to mention how delicious it all is.... It's not often that you find a restaurant where, from Appetizer to Main Course to Dessert is so consistently impressive. The drinks and Cocktails are equally well - crafted. Our family has been lucky enough to have eaten in many of the finest Restaurants in NYC and around the world, and this true gem in Nassau County ranks up there with them. The wood fire grill is used to perfection - the whiff of smoke one gets when they enter the restaurant makes your taste buds start tingling. The service and staff is super professional and welcoming. The Chef and cooks are so accurate and consistently taking time to treat each dish like they actually care. Rare to see. Our only regret ? That we don't eat here more often. It's a Wow. ”
